At the heart of Italy cuisine there are fineproducts highly selected while blind testing.Every day we prepare by hand homemade pasta, pizza and ravioli from strong white flour. You should try tortellini with ricotta and spinach in “Al Pomodoro” sauce, special pasta with shrimps, pomodorini and Pernod Ricard. There are three types of pasta Grande in the menu such as garganelli with rabbit ragout, pasta with vegetable ragout and spicy Calabrian salami and paccheri “Al Pomodoro” with stracciatella. It is served as in Italy in a large bowl with a portion size for a company. One more highlight of the restaurant is a thin-crust pizza. Here is everybody’s favorite pizza “Margherita”, special rye pizza with Parma ham and goat cheese – totally 11 types.
