Hitch ideally combines the most importantmen’s passions: first-class meat and Belgiumcraft beer. The new restaurant on PetrogradSide is different in scope: it’s a two-storeybuilding, with a large brazier weighing oneand a half tons (meat is cooked on an openfire), with its own bakery and a hall forparents with children on the second floor.
The interior of the restaurant is emphaticallybrutal - with leather chairs, a large woodentable on the first floor and a marble one onthe second.
